My name is Doug Jones, and I’m a family man first. I founded Mr. Septic with a clear purpose: to build a septic service company that stands behind quality work, environmental responsibility, and the communities we serve every day.
Based in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan, Mr. Septic proudly provides professional septic services throughout Elkhart, Goshen, Nappanee, Wakarusa, Bremen, Plymouth, Granger, and South Bend, serving customers across Elkhart County, St. Joseph County, and Marshall County, Indiana. We also serve Niles and Buchanan, covering Berrien County and Cass County, Michigan.

Doug was awesome on inspection that I put an offer in on a home. Got there quickly. The septic was full and had the home owner pay to get it cleaned so he could inspect it properly. Next day it was pumped out and Doug was able to come back to inspect it properly. He did great job on inspection as he found issues that were going on. Informative and very professional. He's your guy. He saved me $2500.00 if I got home without his great inspection.
